Peacefully and centrally located next to Loch na Keal on the west coast of the beautiful island of Mull, within easy reach of all Mull has to offer.
Downstairs is a sitting room with log fire, leading from which is a games/TV room with table tennis: a dining room to seat 12 and a nearby pantry with dishwasher: a cloakroom and further shower and laundry room.
Upstairs there are two double and four twin bedded rooms, each with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a table seating 6-8 and a 4 door Everhot, Combi/Microwave oven and gas hob.
Beside the house is ample parking and a help yourself log store, and in front a gracious lawn (croquet available): Woodland walkaways behind the house are carpeted with bluebells in spring ad are home to fallow deer.
The River Ba flows into the sea a short distance below the House and the long flat pebble beach provides extensive walking at low tide.

Killiechronan offers the perfect location to spot eagles. There are eagles nesting on the estate, it is also a haven for otters and many more wildlife species with red deer on the hill, and tamed fallow deer on the lawn.
